Privacy notice
Plain English. The site collects very little, only when you choose to send it, and we do not pass it on for anything other than answering you.

What data we collect
On /contact you may book a call through our embedded scheduling widget or send the contact form. If you book a slot, Cal.com collects the details needed to schedule (typically name, email, and any fields you add in the booking flow). If you use the form instead, we collect the name, email address, and short project description you choose to send. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or first-party cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if a sprint is the right fit, to start a conversation about your project. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not resell, share, or otherwise commercialise the information.
Where it goes
Scheduling: bookings are processed by Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.) and appear on the calendar we connect there. Their privacy policy explains how they handle booking data.
Contact form: submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to info@protopia.uk. Formspree is operated by Formspree, Inc. in the United States.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for the duration of the conversation and any resulting engagement, and for up to 24 months thereafter for follow-up purposes. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see your rights below.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@protopia.uk. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party cookies. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts; depending on your existing relationship with Google, that request may set or read cookies in your browser on Google's side. If you would prefer no third-party requests, the site is buildable to self-host the type — let us know and we will switch it on.
