What we did

We compressed interpretation into a four-day rules foundation, paired with the internal technical lead for two days of AI-enabled delivery practice, then proved the model when a net-new benefit variant landed same-day— over three hundred scenarios exercised end-to-end before sign-off.

Outcome

Roughly six working days from structured policy clarity to deployed automation at a fraction of the quoted SI cost; internal engineers could extend rules without waiting on external squads; manual case handling fell from about a day to near real-time.
